There is no cart and no contact form — orders and questions both run by email, because nearly every one needs a sculpt name before it can be answered properly.

Orders & fit questions
Send the piece code (e.g. BC-0412) and your doll's sculpt name. We reply with availability, fabric options and a total including shipping.

Bespoke commissions
Full outfits, historical patterns, or a piece cut to an unusual sculpt. Include measurements in millimetres and reference images if you have them.

Alterations & repairs
Ours or someone else's. We re-hem, re-line and replace closures. Postage to us is at your cost; return postage is included in the quote.

Wholesale & events
We take a small number of doll meets and conventions each year, and supply a handful of stockists. Both are arranged well in advance.

What to include in a fit enquiry
- The sculpt name and maker, if you know it
- Shoulder, bust, waist and inseam in millimetres — see the fit guide for where to measure
- Whether the body is single, double or bust-jointed
- The piece code you are interested in
With those four things we can usually answer in one reply instead of five.
We would rather turn an order down than guess. If a piece will not close on your sculpt, we will say so — including when that means losing the sale. Nobody wins from a garment that arrives and does not fit.
Payment & shipping
Payment is by bank transfer (PLN or EUR) or PayPal invoice, taken once the fit and fabric are confirmed. Shipping is from Kraków by Poczta Polska tracked or DHL, quoted per order by weight and destination.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duty or handling fees charged on arrival. We do not mark parcels as gifts.
Where we are
The studio is a ground-floor room in Kazimierz, Kraków. It is a working cutting room rather than a shop, so visits are by arrangement only — email first and we will find a time.
